THE LOVE IS WALL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By reserving, purchasing, or interacting with a LOVE IS WALL installation, you (“Collector,” “Participant,” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Ownership & Property
1.1 All LOVE IS WALL installations remain the intellectual property of UncuttArt, including artwork, design, and quotes.
1.2 The physical wall becomes the property of the purchaser/collector only after full payment is received.
1.3 Ownership includes the right to display, donate, or repurpose the wall as described below.
2. Event & Installation Options
2.1 Purchasers may choose one of the following post-event options:
Keep the Wall: Display the complete wall permanently.
Donate the Wall: Gift the installation to a public space, gallery, or community.
Cut & Gift: Divide the wall into sections for distribution at the event.
2.2 Any modifications or alterations beyond cutting for gifting must retain the integrity of the artwork.
2.3 UncuttArt may document, photograph, or feature the wall publicly, even after installation, unless otherwise requested in writing.
3. Transportation & Delivery
3.1 Transportation is included for Solo Walls (4x8 ft) and Dual Walls (2x4x8 ft panels) within [Insert Local Region or City].
3.2 For locations outside the included region, additional transportation fees will apply. These fees will be quoted and agreed upon before installation.
3.3 Collector is responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery locations for large walls.
3.4 UncuttArt is not liable for damage during transportation if the wall is moved by the purchaser or third-party carriers not coordinated by UncuttArt.
3.5 Setup assistance is included only if specified at the time of booking. Additional labor for installation beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
4. Payment & Pricing
4.1 Pricing is as listed on the website at the time of reservation:
Solo Wall (4x8 ft): $700
Dual Wall (2x4x8 ft panels): $1,100
Custom Intermediate & Mini Walls: As listed
4.2 Full payment is required to reserve and schedule installation.
4.3 Prices include basic wall installation, facilitation, and transportation (as described above). Optional add-ons (photography, branding, custom facilitation) incur additional fees.
5. Liability & Safety
5.1 The wall is intended for supervised, responsible interaction.
5.2 The purchaser assumes responsibility for safety during the event and for the wall’s physical condition after the event.
5.3 UncuttArt is not liable for damage, loss, or misuse of the wall after delivery or installation is complete.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
6.1 Reservations may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice.
6.2 Cancellations less than 14 days before installation may incur partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, at the discretion of UncuttArt.
7. Usage Rights
7.1 Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with, photograph, and share content from the wall for personal or social purposes.
7.2 Commercial use of the wall’s imagery or quotes requires prior written approval from UncuttArt.
8. Privacy
8.1 Participants’ submissions (“LOVE IS…” responses) may be documented and featured publicly.
8.2 No personal identifying information will be shared without explicit consent.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State / Country].
9.2 Any disputes arising from installation, ownership, or interaction will be resolved in good faith and in alignment with the spirit of the movement.

1. What is THE LOVE IS WALL?
THE LOVE IS WALL is a living, interactive art installation by UncuttArt where participants complete the phrase “LOVE IS ____”. It becomes a collective confession, capturing the energy, truth, and emotion of everyone who interacts with it.
2. How big are the walls?
Solo Wall: 4 x 8 ft
Dual Walls: 2 x 4 x 8 ft panels
Mini & Intermediate options: 2 x 4 ft or 1 x 8 ft, depending on your space needs.
3. What is included in the price?
The physical wall(s)
On-site facilitation by UncuttArt (basic setup)
Transportation within the designated region
Optional documentation (photos/video) can be added for an extra fee
4. Can I keep the wall after the event?
Yes. You have three options:
Keep It — Display permanently in your space
Donate It — Gift to a public space, gallery, or community
Cut & Gift — Divide the wall into sections for attendees or participants
5. Can you transport walls outside the local region?
Yes. Transportation within the included region is included in the base price. For locations outside that region, additional transportation fees will be quoted and agreed upon prior to the event.
6. How is the wall installed?
Basic installation is included for Solo and Dual walls.
Large walls require safe, accessible locations.
Additional labor or setup assistance can be arranged for an extra fee.
7. Can the wall be customized?
The wall is primarily interactive and handwritten by participants.
Optional custom messaging, branding, or quotes can be incorporated with prior arrangement.
8. What happens to the content on the wall?
All contributions become part of the installation’s energy archive.
UncuttArt may photograph or feature the wall publicly, unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Can participants photograph or share the wall?
Yes. Participants are granted a limited license to share photos or videos for personal or social purposes. Commercial use requires prior written approval.
10. How far in advance should I book a wall?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper facilitation.
11. What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
Reschedules require 14 days’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice may result in partial or full loss of the deposit.
12. Can the wall be reused at multiple events?
Yes, as long as its integrity is maintained. Sections can also be cut and gifted to preserve the interactive experience.
13. Who is responsible for the wall’s safety during an event?
The event host/purchaser assumes responsibility for supervision and physical safety during the event.
14. Can I request multiple walls for the same event?
Yes. Multiple walls can be booked, and pricing is tiered:

15. Are there any restrictions on where the wall can be installed?
The wall requires a safe, accessible, and relatively flat surface.
