Protect Yo HeART Day April23rd is a global reminder to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the most important thing we have — our heart.
For over 12 years, the Protect Yo HeART movement has encouraged people to prioritize self‑love, emotional awareness, and creative expression through art, conversation, wellness practices, and community gatherings.
Each year on April 22–23, people around the world participate through events, meditation, movement, and creative activations.
Protect Yo HeART Day 12 continues that tradition.
